Our team members are based all over the world and are experts in their respective fields. Each one runs a successful digital marketing business and has worked with us for several years. 

Larry Bartlett

Larry Bartlett


Larry Bartlett has over 25 years’ experience in the landscaping and tree care industry. After working for a variety of landscaping, tree companies and nurseries in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Larry started his own design/build firm and managed it for 10 years. Winters were spent on continuing education – earning certifications as an arborist, paver & wall installer, and NH Certified Landscape Professional.

After selling his landscaping business in 2009, Larry transitioned into a digital marketing role with Local Net Results, LLC, focusing on the design and development of service-based business websites. Larry’s ability to create brand strategy – along with his strong content writing and photography skills – speaks to the creativity he brings to every project. He initiated the launch of Green Industry Advertising in 2019 as a way to combine his green industry experience with effective internet marketing strategies.

In his spare time, Larry enjoys photography, cooking and landscaping his own yard.

Project Management

Lisa is a Founding Partner at Local Net Results, LLC a digital agency specializing in Contractor Marketing. With more than a decade of experience in online lead generation, Lisa is adept at website development, WordPress management, search engine optimization, pay per click advertising and reputation marketing.

Her formal education as a graduate of Keene State College with a BS in Business Management and attending Rivier University’s MBA program launched Lisa into a 15-year career as a marketing manager for international brands in the high-tech industry. Lisa managed marketing budgets and coordinated a variety of traditional marketing campaigns such as magazine advertising, public relations, direct mail and nation-wide industry trade shows.

Lisa homeschooled her three boys while running her husband’s landscape company office and starting her own digital marketing agency, Local Net Results, LLC.  Lisa’s hobbies include reading, holistic living and singing at local venues with other musicians.

Timothy Bartlett

Content Development

Timothy writes blog posts for our landscaping clients. A prolific and motivated writer, he published his first book before graduating high school. During the summers in high school and after graduating, he worked for some of the largest landscaping companies in New Hampshire in order to pay his college tuition. As a result, Timothy has the hands-on knowledge to create accurate and well-written copy about anything in the landscape industry. 

Timothy is also “tech support” at Green Industry Advertising. Because he is very intuitive when it comes to technology and programs like Photoshop. Timothy often finds himself performing unheralded back-room tasks – whether graphic logo design, image optimization, voice-overs for videos, or the integration of content to digital platforms.

His interests are as varied as his skill sets. He is a first degree black belt in Shaolin Chuan Fa, enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons with friends, tinkering with projects in the garage, and spending quiet time with his fiancée Danielle.



Google Ads Management

While working as a Marketing Assistant for a multi-million dollar firm in 2010, Shannon was presented with an opportunity to help a startup AdWords agency. Although she had no prior Google advertising experience, she took the leap anyway and dug in to learn all there was to know about Google AdWords management.

Today, as a Certified Google Partner, Shannon brings 10 years of successful campaign strategy for clients in the landscaping industry as well as other industries. She is well-versed with best practices and quickly adapts to Google’s pay-per-click updates and technological enhancements.  Her hands-on approach to managing our clients’ campaigns provides ongoing value as she is continually refining them to get more conversions at a lower cost.

Shannon is a persistent optimist who not only sees the half-full cup, but also many more cups that can be filled! She enjoys networking, being a coach and mentor, working out, and spending time with her Yorkie, Ramsay.
